Seniors Home Equity Release Loan

In response to an extensive review of operations undertaken by the Board, the availability of the Seniors Home Equity Release Product (SHERL Reverse Mortgage) has been suspended. Applications for this product are no longer being accepted.

The product remains in place for existing customers.

Current interest rates for existing customers are as follows:
