Investor Rights
Putting Investors First.
Centuria aims to be a market leader in the Australian unlisted property investment market. We believe the two most important qualities that a fund manager must exhibit are:
- Being a “hands-on” manager – having the experience and ability to actively manage your property and not to subcontract every part of the process
- To provide full accountability to the investor along with a plan to improve investor value during the course of the investment.
We have surveyed our investors to identify any issues of concern when investing in unlisted property funds. As a result of the feedback we received, we have undertaken a series of initiatives to improve investor rights within our Funds and to put you the investor in a strong position.
We want to promote unlisted property funds and give our investor confidence that we do things differently at Centuria and that we are leading the way to change the industry that benefits investors.
Our aim is to transfer rights back to the investor and give you more power during the life of the investment. Watch our videos to hear more about this initiative and how it can benefit you.
