Depending on the structure of the property Fund, distributions will usually be paid either quarterly or monthly into your nominated bank account.
As part of an ongoing commitment to clear communication and improved transparency, Centuria Property Funds provides a quarterly report to all investors with up to date information on all its Funds. A copy of the audited annual accounts for each Fund is available to download from the Centuria Investor Database or upon request from email@example.com or (o2) 8923 8944.
In developing our future offerings, we currently anticipate that each Fund will have has a pre-determined term whereby after a certain date the unitholders will vote on whether to continue the Fund for a further period (generally 2 years) or wind up the Fund by selling the funds properties. After this first extension all properties will be sold (unless there is a unanimous vote to retain the asset). Please read any Disclosure Document for specifics on the terms of each Fund.
Attractive Tax Effective Passing Returns and Capital Growth Potential
In structuring a Fund we aim to design the Fund with an objective to provide attractive annual distributions returns to an investor plus obtain capital growth on the sale of properties. We also aim to provide distributions that are significantly tax advantaged. You should read any Disclosure Document for details on the investment objective and risks of a particular Fund.
As an Investor you will also be given access to the Centuria Investor Database, which has a record of all the critical information pertaining to your investment, including correspondence, investment amounts and records, distribution history and Net Asset Backing.
