Centuria Property Funds is our property funds management company, responsible for all the property investments under our management. We currently manage property funds with a collective value of over $1 billion, through 29 unlisted Funds.

Centuria Property Funds focuses on purchasing high quality, investment-grade property on behalf of our private investors, and a number of private banks, investment banks and financial advisors. Our experienced hands-on approach means that we’re able, with every purchase, to identify investments with a strong mix of income revenue, capital growth potential and tax benefits.
