Centuria Property Funds: Specialising in unlisted property investments

Centuria Property Funds Limited, formerly Century Funds Management, was formed in 1999 to arrange the syndicated purchase of investment grade property on behalf of a limited number of private investor clients. These investors wished to participate in the ownership of high-value commercial property ($10-$100 million), not normally accessible to individuals.

We currently own and manage 27 individual properties with a combined value of approximately $1.0 billion. In addition to Centuria’s portfolio of 15 unlisted funds, we recently launched our first ASX-listed fund, the Centuria Metropolitan REIT (CMA) and our first residential development fund, with further development opportunities identified within our existing portfolio.

Centuria has managed funds with a combined value of $574.5 million to completion delivering an average return to Investors of 13.2% per annum*.
